Summary

The job is for an Operations Associate who will support Enterprise Account Managers, handle customer inquiries, and optimize productivity. Requirements

  • Basic Degree in any discipline
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Sales Support with good track records is required
  • Knowledge in IT is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • A team player with high level of dedication

Responsibilities

  • Respond and follow through customer enquiries on the IT run rate request in a prompt and professional manner
  • Inform customer any unforeseen delays in IT run rate quotation and delivery lead time, as applicable
  • Follow through on pending customer quotations with the respective internal quotation team
  • Support the Enterprise Account Managers to provide timely updates and reply to customer urgent requests
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of company’s products and services offerings
  • Actively involved in sourcing, analyzing costs, prepare sales quotations, follow up on sales enquiries
  • Negotiate the best commercial and technical package for procurement requirements, improve pricing and terms with suppliers
  • Support the sales team in ensuring that quotes needed are collected in a timely manner, take initiatives to clarify requirements for purchase orders and contracts
  • Analyze and review items purchased, costs, delivery, product performance
  • Preparation of Proposals, Sales Agreements and/ or Contracts when necessary
  • Participate or lead in new product introductions when required
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers, developed long term relationship
  • Other ad-hoc operational requirement

Benefits

RM3,000 - RM4,000 a month
