Customer Operations Intern, Internship - Italy

Summary

The role is for a Customer Operations Curricular Intern at NGGH++ who will support order management, data entry, and customer operations activities. The intern will report to the Customer Operations Manager and work for a duration of 3-6 months.

Requirements

• Proven interest in customer service, previous experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English and Italian, written and spoken this will be tested in the interview process
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite, in particular Excel
• Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Precise with a great eye for detail

Responsibilities

• Data entry of orders from internal key clients
• Monitor and manage the full process of client orders through to successful delivery
• Provide customer support through emails and calls to manage complaints and returns
• Resolve shipment issues
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service
