Fuse is seeking an Operations Intern to join their London team in the renewable energy sector. This 6-month paid internship offers valuable experience in a fast-moving environment, with the role involving managing customer accounts, responding to queries, and improving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Responding and escalating customer queries and issues in a timely manner
• Updating and managing customer accounts
• Acting as a middle point of contact between our customers and our operations, engineering, product teams
• Work with the team on improving customer satisfaction
• Performing data entry and analysis for tracking purposes

Preferred Qualifications

Programming and SQL experience is a plus, but not necessary
