Summary

Join our team as the first point of contact for our MyWay insurance customers, providing support for owners and hirers. You will handle claims, answer inquiries, and ensure efficient and transparent service. Responsibilities include processing claims, managing communication, updating systems, and collaborating with other teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and experience in claims handling or insurance processes. While based in Berlin or surrounding areas, remote work is possible. Flexible working hours and various benefits are offered.

Requirements

  • Communicate confidently in German (native language or at least C1) and English; further language skills are advantageous
  • Be committed, solution-oriented, and maintain an overview even in stressful situations
  • Possess a high degree of self-organization and do not shy away from taking responsibility even in dynamic environments

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for Owner and Hirer, managing the complete support process – from general inquiries to claims settlement
  • Communicate via phone, email, or chat, clarify questions, and inform about further procedures, regardless of whether it concerns claims or other concerns
  • Examine incoming claims and other relevant documents and decide on further action based on our insurance conditions
  • Document all processes precisely, maintain our claims handling system, and update the knowledge database to identify and solve recurring problems
  • Work closely with departments such as Operations, Legal, and Customer Support to identify and implement optimization potential in the entire support process
  • Support the further development and implementation of new processes and tools in the area of customer service and claims management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ideally, you have initial contact with claims handling or insurance processes – commitment and willingness to learn are, however, in the foreground
  • Ideally, you are based in Berlin or the surrounding area, so that you can easily come to the office if necessary; remote work is also possible
