As a key member of our team, you will recontact potential customers, understand their concerns, and convert 'no's' into 'yeses'. You will guide customers through the process, scheduling final evaluations at one of our 130+ branches. This role requires strong communication and sales skills to increase sales and build customer loyalty. The position offers a permanent, full-time contract with remote work options in Romania or the option to work in our Bucharest office. Requirements

  • Fluent German skills (written and spoken); intermediate English skills
  • Experience in telesales, customer service with product placement or debt collection, outbound calls
  • Passion for excellent customer service and enjoyment of interacting with customers
  • You thrive in a goal-oriented environment and are motivated to achieve results
  • You feel comfortable in a repetitive environment, are adaptable, and work methodically

Responsibilities

  • Convert 'no' into 'yes': When a customer declines our offer, you will proactively call them, understand their concerns, address objections, and win them back
  • Guide the customer journey: Lead the customer through the process and successfully schedule a final evaluation at one of our 130+ branches in Germany and Austria
  • Increase sales by converting interest into action
  • Build trust and make the difference that transforms a call into loyal customers. As the first point of contact, ensure that our customers' needs are always exceeded
