Responsibilities
- Reengage past prospects and previously qualified leads via email and phone, with a focus on rekindling interest in Smith.ai’s AI solutions
- Deliver clear, concise messaging that highlights Smith.ai’s value proposition tailored to each business’s needs
- Accurately log outreach activity and key insights using our internal CRM and communication tools
- Coordinate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of requalified leads and scheduled appointments
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to share trends and feedback from your conversations
- Maintain a consistent cadence of outbound reengagement to meet weekly and monthly activity targets
