Customer Sales and Support Specialist

Summary

Join Quanata as a Customer Sales and Support Specialist and play a central role in converting inbound calls into new policy growth. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing expert insurance advice and personalized care through various channels. This role requires 2-4 years of inside sales experience, an Associate's degree or equivalent, and an active insurance producer license. Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 2 - 4 years inside sales experience
• Licensed Insurance Producer
• People-focused orientation, and a passion for continuous learning
• Excellent verbal and written skills

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls to assist potential and existing customers with their insurance inquiries
• Identify and address customer needs with available products
• Provide personalized customer care experience by delivering prompt, friendly, empathetic support via multiple channels and technologies (primarily phone but also email and chat)
• Provide expert insurance advice during quote, purchase, policy changes, and whenever else our customers need assistance
• Utilize our policy management system to perform transactions, such as policy changes and corrections
• Own your efforts to deliver customer happiness
• Act as the voice of the customer to relay their happiness and feedback that is not easily tracked in numbers
