Requirements

  • Have previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions
  • Have a high English level (oral & written) and be fluent in Spanish or English
  • Be skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous tasks
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be a solution-oriented and reliable professional
  • Be incredibly detail-orientated with excellent time-management skills
  • Be flexible and able to adapt to quickly changing situations
  • Be decisive and organized

  • Reside in Spain

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by phone, email, or social media to resolve daily incidents
  • Manage and efficiently handle incoming calls and chats to ensure efficient and high-quality communication with clients
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Perform parallel work for the Department of Operations as incident resolutions are not constant

Have previous experience using Zendesk
