Summary
Join Fever, a leading global live-entertainment discovery tech platform, as a Customer Service Representative! This remote position offers a morning shift (8:00 am to 4:00 pm, 5 days/week) focusing on providing excellent customer service via email, phone, and social media. You will manage inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Prior customer service experience is highly valued, along with fluency in Portuguese and Spanish or English. Requirements
- Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions are highly valuable
- High Portuguese level (oral & written) and fluent in Spanish or English
- Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous tasks
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Are a solution-oriented and reliable professional
- Are incredibly detail-orientated with excellent time-management skills

Responsibilities
- Customer Service by e-mail, phone or social media for solving any incidents generated
- Managing incoming calls and chats and customer service inquiries
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- As the resolutions of incidents are not constant, parallel work for the Department of Operations will be performed
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience using Zendesk is preferred
