Summary
Join PeopleCert as a Remote Customer Service Agent to handle customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer experience. The role involves working in a team environment, liaising with other teams, and carrying out reasonably allocated duties.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that customer inquiries are dealt with in accordance with the performance and service standards as laid down by PeopleCert
- Ensure that relevant correspondence is handled within the set KPI standards
- Ensure that all complaints and inquiries relating to the work are answered in accordance with set procedures and guidelines
- Monitor, delegate and answer all queues from inbound requests (i.e. email, chat, phone and social media) within set KPI standards
- Train and co-ordinate new partners’ and customers’ on-boarding according to the standards set by the international business units
- Ensure that the working environment is secure and orderly during all shifts and dress code is in accordance with standards set for Customer Service employees
- Work effectively in a team environment and liaise with other teams, in order to get the job done and reach the best possible results
- Carry out any reasonably allocated duties and tasks, relevant to the role and the scope of activities by applying a flexible & adaptable customer centric approach to serve PeopleCert’s multinational presence and global operations across multiple time zones
