Requirements
High School Diploma Required
Responsibilities
Handle a broad range of questions such as basic technical issues, basic feature questions, understanding the process of online dating, general questions related to rules of the site, and technical troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- 2+ years of technical experience preferred
- Experience with Zendesk or other online ticketing system preferred
