Summary

The job is for an entry-level Customer Service Associate at ReSource Pro, an insurance industry operations partner. The role involves communicating with clients, providing high-level client service, proactively troubleshooting issues, responding to client requests, collaborating with a global team, conducting audits, tracking data, and assisting in training other team members. The position is onsite at the Belgrade office. Requirements

• Secondary education, four-year duration (vocational, artistic, secondary school)
• Computer Literacy and Typing Skills
• English proficiency - reading, writing
• Microsoft Office Skills

Responsibilities

• Communicating with the client using clear, polite, and well-organized English
• Providing a high-level of client service to a variety of insurance clients
• Proactively troubleshooting and resolving potential issues
• Promptly responding to client requests and reporting to the supervisor in a timely manner if any discrepancies are found
• Collaborating with a global team of experienced BPM partners
• Conducting assigned auditing
• Tracking data via Case Tracker
• Assisting in effectively training other team members
