Summary
Join Fresh Prints as a Customer Experience Associate and be the face of the company, defining the customer experience. You will field inbound customer calls, texts, and chats, communicating with clients, resolving issues, and updating records. Coordinate with internal teams to offer resolutions. This role requires 1-5 years of customer service experience, including help desk software (Fresh Desk or Zen Desk), phone and chat-based customer service, a neutral accent, positive attitude, and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work EST hours is needed. The ideal candidate is relentlessly optimistic, a great listener and writer, and diligent. The position is work-from-home with hours of 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday. Compensation ranges from $400 to $700 per month.
Requirements
- 1 - 5 years of previous customer service experience
- At least 1 year of experience with help desk software like Fresh Desk or Zen Desk
- Experience with both phone-based customer service and chat-based customer service
- Neutral Accent
- Positive attitude
- Calm under pressure
- Good problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work EST hours
