Requirements

  • Fluent in French
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely system entry and on-time delivery
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet delivery and customer satisfaction targets
  • Resolve customer queries and manage tasks through Service Cloud Case, keeping processes efficient and smooth
  • Ensure orders meet customer purchase order requirements and agreed delivery dates
  • Run end-of-day reports to maintain up-to-date system information
  • Liaise with both internal teams and external contacts via phone, email, and other communication channels
