Summary

The job is for a Customer Service Executive in a leading business services provider. The role involves handling customer queries and providing resolution via phone, email, and chat. The employee will work on day and evening shifts, five days out of seven, including weekends. The position is a 6-month fixed term contract with a starting salary of Β£30,000 per annum.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience or contact centre experience
  • Near native Norwegian language and manageable English skills (B1+ or better) in writing and speaking to understand documentation and log accurately in the systems

Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls with customer queries and provide resolution to end users
  • Record case resolutions customer communication via phone, email, chat etc
  • Ensure that cases are resolved within case life cycle, as per individual balanced scorecard
  • Escalate priority issues per client specifications to the immediate lead as applicable
  • Provide fantastic customer service and meet quality standards on all handled contacts
