Requirements

  • Have proven skills working within a high performing target-driven customer sales and service environment, ideally in a call centre setting
  • Be obsessive about customer experience and act as an advocate for our customer’s needs
  • Be able to listen to customers and be able to give advice and support
  • Have an ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Have a good understanding of GDPR rules and regulations and be able to use multiple systems at the same time

Responsibilities

  • Work through new and existing business leads by making outbound calls to prospective customers, helping them through the sales process
  • Assess customers' insurance needs and advise on appropriate Zego insurance products, whilst always following compliance guidelines
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support over phone, live chat and email
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times and build productive trust relationships
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries whilst making sure all communication is documented and logged in our internal system
  • Follow GDPR guidelines and processes in all communication with customers

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience in insurance or an FCA regulated business
