Summary

PRISM+ is seeking a Customer Service Officer Offshore to provide exceptional support to customers located in Singapore. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining knowledge of products and company policies. The position offers remote work and requires fluency in both Mandarin and English.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using customer service software and tools
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate work-from-home setup

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products
• Ensure timely and effective communication with customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for improvements
