Requirements

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities with a focus on customer/client orientation
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet goals
  • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office applications
  • Reliable in-home internet connection
  • A dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace to ensure productivity
  • Previous sales experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Clients: Make and receive phone calls to retain and renew existing clients while contacting potential and current customers to promote sales opportunities
  • Drive Renewals: Monitor contract expiration dates and proactively reach out to clients to discuss renewal options, meeting established retention and renewal quotas
  • Deliver Sales Pitches: Use prepared sales scripts to persuade potential clients to make purchases, gather client information, and follow up after initial contact to close deals
  • Resolve Client Concerns: Address and resolve complaints from dissatisfied clients, ensuring their concerns are thoroughly investigated and resolved to their satisfaction
  • Stay Informed: Maintain a strong understanding of competing products and services to accurately represent the organizationโ€™s offerings. Stay updated on current promotions and offers, with the ability to extend discounts or special deals as needed
  • Collaborate and Escalate: Handle basic issues independently and escalate more complex matters to senior team members when necessary, working under direct supervision

Preferred Qualifications

Customer service experience preferred, with a demonstrated ability to build positive client relationships
