Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation with a commitment to succeed both individually and as a team
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Aptitude to learn and navigate new software quickly, and comfortable using multiple computer screens and internet tabs simultaneously
  • Reliable in-home internet connection
  • Dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace

Responsibilities

  • Process all securities & insurance sales orders assigned through sales rep engagement, direct client contact as needed, or via automated order processing queue
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of information in response to client inquiries
  • Communicate clearly to sales team members all client issues and challenges that have been escalated to ensure cross-functional alignment and a high standard of care
  • Assist with customer order requests or issue escalations as needed, including but not limited to order processing and account status
