Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Clear, confident, and friendly communication, with the ability to explain solutions
  • Ability to type while talking (35+ WPM preferred)
  • A passion for helping others with patience and a positive attitude
  • Basic computer skills
  • Self-motivation and willingness to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Address inquiries about state taxes, repayment programs, and related services in both Spanish and English
  • Provide clear answers and actionable next steps, guided by the comprehensive training we provide
  • Handle sensitive customer information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Document every case accurately and thoroughly in our ticketing software, ensuring exceptional follow-through
  • Delight callers with patience, empathy, and top-tier support—turning complex issues into simple solutions
