Responsibilities

  • Provide a caring, reliable, and knowledgeable first contact point for KO Storage
  • Efficiently manage customer move-ins, move-outs, and payment processing for our self-storage facility
  • Conduct persuasive and informative phone sales calls to potential customers interested in our self-storage services
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers over the phone, understanding their storage needs, and tailoring sales pitches to match the unique requirements of everyone
  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, and web chats, consistently meeting or exceeding targets through effective communication and a customer-centric approach
  • Employ active listening techniques to identify customer concerns and objections, and skillfully address them to overcome obstacles and secure successful outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, ensuring that all interactions and sales activities are well-documented
  • Provide exceptional customer service during the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships that contribute to the growth and success of our self-storage business
