Responsibilities

  • Solve problems for homeowners using incredible customer service skills
  • Multitask across different communication platforms (phone, email, and chat)
  • Handle many difficult interactions with homeowners
  • Efficiently use CHAT, EMAIL, PHONE, and client database tools
  • Resolve homeowner concerns

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience in a fast-paced call center environment or a similar type of customer service role
