Summary
Join Keeper Security as a Bilingual (French) Training Specialist, EMEA (Remote - US, Ireland Hours) and contribute to the success of a rapidly growing cybersecurity company. Based in the US but operating on Irish Standard Time (IST), this fully remote role (with hybrid options in the Chicago metro area) focuses on delivering exceptional customer training. You will design, create, and deliver training programs and materials for business customers and partners, ensuring they effectively utilize Keeper's services. The position requires strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, along with experience in training development and delivery within a SaaS B2B environment. Fluency in French and English is essential. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with a global team.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment or equivalent customer service environment
- Must be bilingual, native French with English fluency (both verbal and written)
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt training content to varying audience needs and skill levels
- Ability and willingness to consistently maintain Irish Standard Time (IST) working hours
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Experience with Google docs and MS-office tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, across global regions and time zones
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure they are proficient in using our products and can maximize their benefits while tailoring training content to different audience types and skill levels
- Help create engaging and effective training materials, including guides, videos, webinars, and other resources to facilitate learning
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars virtually, providing guidance on software usage, customization, and optimization. Ensure interactive and participatory training sessions that encourage questions, discussions, and hands-on experience
- Engage with customers to assess training needs, gather feedback, and continuously improve Keeper training programs and materials. Offer post-training support and follow-up sessions to address questions, provide clarifications, ensure successful adoption and gather feedback to improve the functionality and usability of our solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer configurations, customizations, and communication to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each training
- Maintain an organized repository of training materials and resources for easy access and reference. Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and insights gained from training sessions, aiding in product enhancements and customer support
- Work from the United States while maintaining active working hours aligned with Irish Standard Time (IST) to effectively collaborate with regional clients and internal team members
- Communicate with French and English speaking customers, both verbally and in writing
