Join Deel, a rapidly growing global payroll and HR platform, as our in-house HR expert for Switzerland. You will manage the entire employee lifecycle for our EOR employees, providing comprehensive support and driving process improvements. Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, performance management, payroll, benefits administration, and generating reports. You will be the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and collaborate with product and operations teams to scale our systems. This role requires 3+ years of international HR experience in a fast-paced environment, fluency in English and German/French/Italian, and strong analytical skills. Requirements
- 3+ years of International HR professional experience in a high-volume and fast paced environment
- Fluency in English and German, French or Italian languages
- Strong analytical skills: identify, scope and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues
- Data driven: you challenge status quo and strive to improve response times and employee experience
Responsibilities
- Being our in house HR expert for Switzerland, and handling all complex people related matters as they may relate to the EOR employee lifecycle at Deel
- Owning and drive EOR employee lifecycle: onboarding/off-boarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, benefits
- Providing a high-level of support to our EOR employees, being the first point of contact for any HR related queries
- Admin support: generation of reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration
- Providing a high touch local experience where required, and helping the product and operations team create systems that can scale with Deel
Preferred Qualifications
- Local HR qualifications and certifications are a plus
- Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Intercom or other ticketing tools is a plus
