Summary
Join 20four7VA as a Customer Service VA and provide excellent support to clients in the eCommerce and retail industry. This is a remote, part-time position (15 hours/week minimum) working Monday-Friday, 10 AM to 1 PM CST. You will respond to customer inquiries, escalate issues, and collaborate with vendors. The ideal candidate possesses proficiency in texting applications and experience with Shopify or similar platforms.
