Summary
Join Feedzai's Customer Strategy and Value (CSV) team as a Customer Strategy and Value Associate and lead the development of value assets, enabling sales teams to drive value selling and increase win rates. You will support Value Leads in consultative engagements, directly lead value engagements with customers, and work with multiple teams to create high-impact content. This high-impact role requires strong analytical skills, experience in developing content and thought leadership, and effective cross-departmental collaboration. Success in this role involves producing best-in-class value assets and contributing to strategic Go-To-Market initiatives. The role demands a high degree of autonomy and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will be immersed in Feedzai's brand with training and support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, value selling or in analyst research roles for SW companies or other industries with complex solutions
- 6+ years of working experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Extensive experience working in English
- Extensive experience in problem analysis (assess, defining frameworks for evaluation, identifying options,...)
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Feedzai value assets (Value frameworks, Capability maturity models, Customer journeys, role specific journeys, benchmarks database, Customer Success cases, Value Realization Plans)
- Enable sales teams in how to drive value selling and how to effectively use available assets to increase win rate and deal size
- Support Value Leads in consultative engagements during workshops and in the overall process to analyze and build recommendations and business cases
- Directly lead Value Engagements with customers and prospects
- Define and maintain the knowledge assets and tools - Value frameworks, Capability maturity models, Customer journeys, role specific journeys benchmarks database, Customer Success cases
- Enabling Sales, Solution Consultants and Customer Success Managers in Value Selling and Shaping of value propositions
- Working with Account Management teams in defining their account strategy, creating value propositions and shaping the sales strategy and stakeholder engagement
- Working with Customer Success Managers in developing Value Realization Frameworks and directly with our customer base to jointly define value realization objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Highly valued previous experience in Technology and Financial Services
- Experience working in the payments space or/and fraud in financial services/merchants/ acquirers
- Experience in storytelling, design thinking, customer journeys assessment
- Experience working with a Saas vendor
