Summary

Join PolicyFly as our Customer Success Associate and help deliver a best-in-class experience to our clients and their insurance agents. This role requires exceptional communication skills and a passion for building relationships. You will proactively address customer needs, manage workflows, and learn the PolicyFly platform. You'll work directly with the COO and collaborate with the Program Onboarding and Customer Success teams to drive success and platform growth. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys improving processes. This is a remote-first position.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree
  • United States/Canada/UK residence only
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Understand how PolicyFly is configured for each customer and communicate with customers to help support their work
  • Document user-experience and pricing test scenarios
  • Explore and activate new support workflows that improve the efficiency of our customers or increase the growth potential of their insurance programs
  • Manage weekly, monthly, or quarterly regroup meetings with each customer
  • Plan, manage, and test customer requests for new features and/or bug reports
  • Record and tag customer support feedback and interviews
  • Manage analytics and reports that summarize key insights about the growth of customer programs on PolicyFly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the basics of Excel
  • Some experience (i.e. internship or job) or demonstrated interest in insurance and/or financial services
  • Some experience (i.e. internship or job) or demonstrated interest in enterprise software
