Summary
Join Summer's Member Success Team as a remote, full-time employee and help users navigate student loan repayment programs. You will engage with users via email, live chat, and text, review and submit applications for federal loan programs, and understand Summer's product offerings. The role requires at least one year of relevant work experience and strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred qualifications include experience with startups, finance, or customer support, and Spanish language proficiency. The salary is $45,000-$55,000, plus equity and a full range of benefits, including healthcare, 401(k), student loan repayment contribution, and flexible PTO. Responsibilities
- Engage with users via email, live chat and text within our SLAs
- Reviewing and submitting applications for federal loan programs
- Understanding Summer's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs
- Proactively suggesting ideas and automations that can help scale the team
- Collaborating with the Member Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals in line with our social mission
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with start-ups, finance (including financial aid or fintech), government programs, or customer support
- Spanish language reading and writing proficiency
