Summary
Join NextPatient's Client Success team as a Client Success Associate and become an expert in our medical practice software. You will work closely with clients, configuring our product to meet their needs and ensuring a positive experience. This role involves collaborating with the product team to advocate for client-requested enhancements. Starting under the guidance of Client Success Managers, you'll progress to managing your own clients. Requirements
Work under Client Success Managers to cover clients, then move up to managing your own clients as your skills and confidence grow
Responsibilities
- Get practices running on the NextPatient suite and support them day-to-day
- Become an expert in our product
- Listen to the client and understand their needs
- Configure the product to deliver the best results
- Meet with the product team regularly to advocate for product enhancements your clients want
