In this role, you will manage the post-sales journey of a customer group, proactively address customer needs to foster loyalty, create engaging presentations, and process inquiries. You will collaborate with various teams and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities. This position requires strong German and English language skills (B2+ level), 1-3 years of experience in customer success or account management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and an independent work style. Requirements
- Strong written and oral knowledge of both German and English (B2+, C1, C2 level)
- 1-3 years of experience in customer success management, account management or comparable experience with a high proportion of customer contact

- Smart negotiation skills and good presentation skills

Responsibilities
- Managing the post-sales journey of a selected customer group from product launch to expansion and support to contract extension
- Proactively addressing the customer group to strengthen product understanding and loyalty
- Creating meaningful product presentations
- Processing customer inquiries and obtaining feedback
- Close collaboration with other teams, e.g. support, finance, content services, marketing and product
- Identifying additional up- and cross-selling opportunities
