Summary
Join Swish Analytics, a sports analytics startup, as a remote Customer Success Manager based in Malta or Spain. You will be the expert communicator of Swish’s products and services, managing daily client inquiries via various channels. Identify customer needs and proactively offer solutions, collaborating with internal teams. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of relevant B2B customer experience, strong communication skills, and sports betting knowledge. Passion for sports, particularly NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, and NCAA basketball/football is essential. Flexibility to work varying schedules is needed. Preferred qualifications include sports betting industry experience and experience with cross-functional teams and API-oriented products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Sports, or a similar fields
- 2+ years’ of relevant work experience in a customer experience position, ideally in a B2B company
- Strong written and verbal communications/presentation skills
- Ability to comprehend client inquiries and convey solutions on the fly
- Understanding of sports betting and fluency in sports betting odds
- Passion and knowledge of the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, and NCAA Basketball + Football
- Results driven work ethic – focused on improving processes and results
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and/or holidays
Responsibilities
- Establish yourself as an expert and communicator of Swish’s products and services
- Manage day-to-day inbound client inquiries over Slack, email and video conferencing
- Identify customer pain points and proactively reach out with solutions for clients
- Communicate relevant inquiries and tasks with Swish Trading, Product, Engineering and Data Science teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Sports betting industry experience
- Experience working with cross functional teams (Engineering teams a plus)
- Experience working with API-oriented products
