Requirements
- Masterβs degree in Life Sciences, emphasizing data interpretation and analysis, with 2+ years of coding experience
- 1+ year of proven experience in service-oriented, customer-facing roles
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively as a team player in a diverse, cross-functional environment
- Ability to focus on urgent priorities, even if they are not glamorous
- Proactive identification of areas for improvement, proposing solutions, aligning with teams, and driving initiatives to completion
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely delivery of customer data after generation and quality control
- Generate standard data reports for all customer projects
- Onboard customers to the Nomic data portal and provide ongoing support
- Act as a user tester for the Nomic portal
- Serve as the voice of the customer by reporting bugs and suggesting new features based on customer feedback
