Customer Success Data Analyst

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, emphasizing data interpretation and analysis, with 2+ years of coding experience
• 1+ year of proven experience in service-oriented, customer-facing roles
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively as a team player in a diverse, cross-functional environment
• Ability to focus on urgent priorities, even if they are not glamorous
• Proactive identification of areas for improvement, proposing solutions, aligning with teams, and driving initiatives to completion

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of customer data after generation and quality control
• Generate standard data reports for all customer projects
• Onboard customers to the Nomic data portal and provide ongoing support
• Act as a user tester for the Nomic portal
• Serve as the voice of the customer by reporting bugs and suggesting new features based on customer feedback

Preferred Qualifications

A degree in bioinformatics or data science
