Responsibilities
End to end Customer Relationship Management, including defining and owning the overall Customer Success strategy for your customers, driving end-to-end customer performance, partnering with the growth team on upsell and renewal strategy, managing external and internal stakeholders, flexing data and analytics chops regularly, and balancing multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in working with customers under long term (one year or more) contracts in the healthcare industry
