Customer Success Manager

Summary

The job is for a Customer Success Manager at AB Tasty in Spain. Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or Marketing
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in a related digital field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish & Italian
• Analytical thinker who is able to translate complex data into profitable testing ideas
• Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML is required. Javascript is a plus
• Strong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-minded
• Ability to travel

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the management of a customer portfolio following implementation
• Help build loyalty by creating an excellent relationship with existing customers
• Undertake operational and methodological training for major accounts
• Support clients in creating and implementing tests and personalization campaigns
• Analyze and identify new areas for optimization following data analysis. Previous experience with CRO tools is a plus
• Maximize your portfolio’s expansion while minimizing churn and contraction
• Help the Sales team with the onboarding of new clients (POCs, technical support, determining the most suitable solution for the customer, presentation of products and services)
