Remote Customer Success Manager

Requirements

• Have 2+ years of experience
• Be a strong executor who enjoys getting into the weeds, can work independently, build from scratch and get things done
• Be a generalist who is smart, flexible, and a fast learner
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that will require you to manage competing priorities and deadlines, pivot quickly, and build new processes as the company scales
• Be an analytical and structured thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Be a clear communicator who is not afraid to speak their mind with strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer relationships; be the key point of contact for many of our employer partners and users
• Lead the customer support function; hear valuable feedback from customers and end users
• Build operational tests and processes; iterate on existing processes and build new ones
