Summary

Enerex is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee the post-sales process and lead clients through the customer journey. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, quick to diagnose and resolve customer issues, friendly, outgoing, empathetic, a team player, self-starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail, and able to communicate effectively. • Can work independently on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction

Responsibilities

• Take over the post-sales process and lead clients on an engaging customer journey
• Answer Zendesk tickets, map client data, and conduct training
• Help shape products by listening to clients, keeping up with the industry, and communicating ideas to the development team
