Summary
Join Hudl's Customer Success team as a Customer Success Manager in Latin America! You will manage a portfolio of top football and basketball clients, ensuring maximum benefit and ROI from their subscriptions. Responsibilities include developing strong customer relationships, providing comprehensive support and account management, and achieving yearly renewal targets. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish and English), possesses a sports background, and demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills. Requirements
- Be bilingual. Be fluent in Spanish and English
- Have a sports background. Be familiar with workflows across performance analysis and human performance workflows
- Possess organization skills. Be able to be organized, multitask and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Be proactive. Enjoy going the extra mile to help a customer. Seeking out ways to help them improve their product experience is a step you like to take
- Be an excellent communicator. Presentation skills are key in this role
- Be technology-savvy. Understand what an API is and be able to pitch that to clients
- Be a relationship builder. Drive expansion and renew customers, relationships are key
- Be willing to travel. Be happy to hit the road and visit customers, as frequently as a monthly basis
- Be autonomous. Be a self-starter and be able to take initiative to solve problems
Responsibilities
- Develop strong customer relationships. Maximize satisfaction across a group of accounts and become a trusted partner for your customers
- Be involved in all aspects of support and account management. Demonstrate the products, educate customers and carry out a range of engagement and commercial activities
- Work toward goals. Throughout the year, CSMs work toward the achievement of quarterly and yearly renewal targets. Run meetings to understand client needs and identify opportunities for upselling additional services
Preferred Qualifications
- Have customer-facing experience. Have held a client-facing role, preferably in a technology company
- Be analytical. Be comfortable looking through metrics that showcase user behavior and engagement
- Have knowledge of Hudl products. If you’ve used our products before, that’s a plus
