Summary

Join WorkMotion's Customer Success team as a Customer Success Manager and contribute to a thriving global company. You will nurture client relationships, ensure seamless onboarding, and actively monitor client portfolio health. This role requires strong communication, empathy, and time management skills. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in Customer Success or 3 years in Customer Experience
  • English - excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Displaying enthusiasm and a proactive attitude that drives engagement and inspires confidence in clients and team members
  • Maintaining thorough and accurate records
  • Every client matters!
  • Ability to understand and resonate with clients' feelings and perspectives
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks dynamically and efficiently to meet client needs
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance trust and satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive clientโ€™s journey with WorkMotion
  • Facilitate the adaptation of new clients, getting them up to speed with our employment solutions and setting them up for a successful working relationship with WorkMotion
  • Monitor your client portfolio's health, continuously realigning client needs with our business solutions, facilitating business changes that impact clients, and driving upsell campaigns
  • Facilitate the exit process, ensuring a smooth transition while leaving the door open for future opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • German language is a huge advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Experience in delivering product demonstrations and presentations
