Summary
Join Connecteam as a Customer Success Manager and cultivate strong customer relationships to boost retention and loyalty. Collaborate closely with global clients, guiding them through system implementation, training, and new feature adoption. Champion customer needs within Connecteam, working with product, development, marketing, and sales teams. Assess client health, develop churn mitigation strategies, and proactively identify opportunities for product optimization. This role demands fluent English, at least one year of CSM experience, and superb communication skills. Connecteam offers a remote work model, comprehensive training, and a supportive company culture.
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written) - MUST
- A minimum of one year's experience as a CSM
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with a Startup mentality that includes working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- A team player that enjoys getting and providing feedback, sharing ideas, and constantly improving together
- A strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed

Responsibilities
- Onboard, grow, and maintain our customer base
- Work closely with our customers with the drive to help them change their workplace and achieve their business goals
- Become a trusted advisor and ambassador of change in our customersβ workplace
- Become the customer advocate in Connecteam, collaborating with our Product, Development, Marketing and Sales teams
- Assess client health and develop strategies to mitigate churn
- Proactively identify customers who arenβt maximizing their opportunity with our product and reach out to create an action plan to help them achieve success
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS β HUGE ADVANTAGE
- Speaking Spanish- Huge advantage!
