Summary
Join Connecteam as a Customer Success Manager and cultivate strong customer relationships to boost retention and loyalty. Work closely with global clients, guiding them through system implementation, training, and new feature adoption. You will act as a trusted advisor, advocating for customer needs within Connecteam and collaborating with various teams. Responsibilities include onboarding and growing the customer base, assessing client health, and proactively identifying opportunities for product optimization. This role requires a minimum of one year's experience as a CSM, fluency in English, and superb communication skills. Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written) - MUST
- A minimum of one year's experience as a CSM
- Superb written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
- Onboard, grow, and maintain our customer base
- Work closely with our customers with the drive to help them change their workplace and achieve their business goals
- Become a trusted advisor and ambassador of change in our customersβ workplace
- Become the customer advocate in Connecteam, collaborating with our Product, Development, Marketing and Sales teams
- Assess client health and develop strategies to mitigate churn
- Proactively identify customers who arenβt maximizing their opportunity with our product and reach out to create an action plan to help them achieve success
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS β HUGE ADVANTAGE
- Speaking Spanish- Huge advantage!
