Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data/Analytics/Business Intelligence, or a related field
  • Experience with Retool, AppSmith, Zapier, and databases (academic, personal, or professional experience is all applicable)
  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript or Python, SQL, and API integration
  • Passion for business efficiency, process automation, and workflow optimization
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose technical solutions
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical teams

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize internal business tools using Retool, Zapier, and Neo4j’s graph database
  • Work with revenue operations, sales development, renewals, and customer success teams to understand pain points and build scalable solutions
  • Automate repetitive tasks and improve data workflows to enhance efficiency
  • Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services to streamline operations
  • Continuously analyze and refine internal tools for usability, performance, and impact
  • Document solutions and provide support to business users

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with databases (SQL relational DBs of any sort, Neo4j graph DB, MongoDB, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code development and automation tools
  • UI/UX experience for internal tool development
