Your main responsibility will be to contact clients, understand their legal needs, and provide them with information about appropriate attorneys. We offer a remote work opportunity with a night shift schedule and fixed weekends off.

• Follow up with clients to ensure they have connected with an attorney and received the necessary assistance
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any client issues and enhance the matching process
• Gather feedback from clients to improve our service and enhance customer satisfaction
