Customer Support Associate

Summary

Join Experian Insurance Services as a Customer Support Associate and help us reinvent the insurance broker model. This remote position involves managing customer accounts, explaining insurance products, and assisting third parties with policy changes. You will work with customers through chat, email, and phone, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. A Property & Casualty insurance license and one year of customer service experience are required. Requirements

• Property & Casualty insurance license and 1 year of customer service experience is required
• Previous call center experience
• Empathetic towards customer needs
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to change

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies by phone, email, text and chat using several insurance company systems
• Explain insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach
• Assist 3rd parties with policy documentation and changes
• Work in a fun and collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

Spanish Speaking a plus
