Summary

Join ModSquad's network of Mod Contractors and work from home on flexible schedules, assisting customers of top-tier brands. You'll provide customer support, guide users, and solve concerns, ensuring optimal product or service use. Available projects offer competitive hourly rates discussed during the interview. A minimum of 30 WPM typing speed and a hard-wired internet connection are required. The role involves 30 hours per week for 60 days (as needed). Successful applicants will have customer service experience on live calls. ModSquad offers paid orientation and access to exclusive 'Hot Gigs' postings.

Requirements

• Customer Service Experience on Live Calls
• 30 WPM type speed minimum
• Hard-wired internet (no Wi-Fi)
• Willing to download a Virtual Work Environment
• Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
• Quality headset
• Quiet workspace to take calls
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone

Responsibilities

• Assist and guide customers to the right answers
• Solve concerns
• Be the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical support skills
• Familiarity with online education services
• Zendesk experience
