Join ModSquad's network of Mod Contractors and work from home on flexible schedules supporting top-tier brands. You'll provide customer service, guide users, and solve concerns, ensuring optimal product or service use. Available projects offer various hours, with a minimum 20-hour weekly commitment for 90 days. Weekend availability is mandatory. Competitive hourly rates are discussed during the interview. The ideal candidate possesses strong customer service skills, follows workflows, maintains a friendly tone, and adapts to feedback. ModSquad offers opportunities to work with exciting clients and provides paid orientation.

Requirements

• Have a Customer Support background
• Be available weekdays and weekends
• Have a friendly tone
• Be willing to adjust for feedback and help the team
• Be able to take shifts whenever the project is in need of people
• Have a dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
• Have a quality headset
• Have a quiet workspace to take calls
• Be willing to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
• Be proficient in English
• Be able to follow a written workflow
• Commit to a 90-day project
• Commit to working 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Assist and guide customers to the right answers
• Solve concerns
• Be the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services
