Based in South Korea, you'll work full-time with weekend shifts. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required, as full training is provided. Requirements

  • Have excellent Korean language skills, especially in writing. Communicate fluently and confidently in Korean at a C1-C2 level
  • Be proficient in English and able to use it daily to interact with colleagues
  • Be located in South Korea
  • Be familiar with either MS Office or Google Suite apps and able to use them effectively
  • Be ready to work full-time, 5 days a week, which may include weekend-days (Saturday and Sunday) as well as shifts availability

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch assistance to our players by solving their queries about the game and providing excellent customer service
  • Use your investigative skills and work with our ticketing system to help players with their game-related issues
  • Respond to player inquiries through email and chat
  • Work closely with our internal teams to assist with project-related requests and provide feedback to their development team
  • Be the voice of the product and the ear on the ground

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have some previous experience in Customer Service
  • Be passionate about video games
