Summary
Join ModSquad as a Customer Support Representative and enjoy remote work with flexible scheduling! This part-time (20 hours/week) position involves responding to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding order status, pre-orders, cancellations, and refunds. The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to follow workflows. Zendesk macro experience is a plus. The position is a 90-day commitment with hours from 7 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday (Pacific Time). Pay will be discussed during the interview process. A Chromebook is not sufficient for this role.
Requirements
- Provide excellent Customer Service with every interaction
- Possess strong written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to follow workflows
- Be detail-oriented
- Work 20 hours per week
- Work Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm Pacific Time
- Complete application thoroughly with grammatically correct responses
- Not use a Chromebook
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via inbound/outbound calls and emails regarding order status, pre-order status, cancellations, refunds, etc
Preferred Qualifications
- Have Zendesk macro experience
- Be able to work weekends
- Be a music fan
