Summary

Join Sourcepass, a leading IT consulting company, as a Customer Service Representative. This fast-paced role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to efficiently resolve client issues via phone and email. You will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, entering tickets into our database, handling data entry tasks, and assisting with filing and special projects. The ideal candidate possesses 2-3 years of customer service experience in an office setting, strong communication and typing skills, and attention to detail. This position offers a structured workday, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm EST, with a salary of $40,000+ (negotiable).

Requirements

  • Show up for work on time – ready to work
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience providing Customer Service in an office setting
  • Ability to effectively communicate by phone
  • Ability to speak and write in English, clearly and professionally
  • Proficiency with computer (Windows Operating system)
  • Strong typing skills
  • Pays attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls, enter tickets in the Sourcepass standard format and document everything in our ticketing database
  • Enter tickets into our database that arrive via our customer email portal
  • File paperwork and documentation as needed
  • Process data entry tasks as needed
  • Call clients to inform them of scheduling and/or changes
  • Assist management team in special projects as deemed necessary
