Summary

The job is for a Customer Support Consultant at SupportYourApp, a multinational company offering technical, customer support, and CX services. The role involves providing exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails, maintaining knowledge of the client's products and services, and communicating with developers and other departments. The position requires excellent English skills (C1 level), experience in customer service, analytical and research skills, a personal laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload), and a positive and responsible attitude. Experience in technical support and CRM systems will be beneficial.
