Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1 level minimum) and upper-intermediate English
  • 1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive, responsible and proactive attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to e-commerce via emails, calls, and chats
